We may use photography and video content taken during our courses or activities on our website and social media sites. When you fill out the Registration Form, you will have the option to opt out of this. For more detail, please consult our Privacy Policy.

10. Rain

We don’t stop activities for rain UNLESS there is a significantly increased level of danger (our instructors will make that judgement), for example, torrential rainfall, extreme wind or lightning strikes close by, in which case we may delay the journey or pause it if we have started (it is very rare for us to have to cancel as rain showers here are normally very brief); it is actually not unpleasant to cycle and SUP in a rain shower. However, if you prefer to stay dry on the bicycle rides, bring a long one of the cheap 7-11 rain capes (about THB 25)

11. Being early or late

Please note that we often have back-to-back lessons, so if you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel / shorten your lesson. Let us know if you are going to be late.

Our staff will meet you at the agreed meeting point, but will be there only 10 minutes early so we might not be there yet if you are earlier than this.

12. Toilets

Make sure that everyone has been to the toilet and is changed ready for the activities beforehand. Toilet facilities on the riverside and in rural cycling locations are very limited !

Please note

These Terms and Conditions do not apply to Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Adventurous Journeys for which a separate contract will be issued.
